In an attempt to reset and reframe my relationship with social media, I decided to take a month long break from instagram. Is it convenient that I happened to pick the shortest month of the year? Perhaps. But hey, progress is progress.

It is interesting already to have such a lesser immediate expectation of interaction on this very post. There are no refreshes with bated breath, seeking that additional like.
